Automation of work

Machine learning, cloud computing, as well as broader use of industrial robots, effects in drastic change on a job market. Many low-paid, low-skills, as well as simple office, white collar types of jobs are automated. Even if it’s not the very first time in humane history when it happens, though the scale and speed of the phenomenon is outstanding.

Currently, our education systems train people in taking repetitive, predictable, memorizable actions. This types of actions are becoming more and more often to be automated. If we want people to be prepare to have a job, we need to teach them creativity, flexibility, soft skills and how to cooperate with technologies.
